Voor de beste resultaten en om onverwachte problemen te voorkomen, raden we je aan om onze SLS printrichtlijnen te lezen voordat je je ontwerp indient.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u26a0\ufe0f\u00a0Risicowaarschuwing: Kromtrekken en dunne wanden<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

  • <\/b>Hoog risico op vervorming:<\/b><\/strong>Platte onderdelen met een zijde langer dan 180 mm EN een wanddikte van minder dan 3 mm zijn zeer gevoelig voor kromtrekken.<\/li>
  • <\/b>Hoog risico op breuk:<\/b><\/strong>Elke structuur met een wanddikte van minder dan 0,7 mm is kwetsbaar en breekt snel tijdens productie of verwerking.<\/li><\/ul>

    Door verder te gaan, erken je dat Primofort niet aansprakelijk is voor kwaliteitsproblemen (kromtrekken, breken) die het gevolg zijn van ontwerpen die niet voldoen aan deze richtlijnen, en dat er nog steeds drukkosten in rekening worden gebracht.<\/p>

    Aanbevolen ontwerpspecificaties:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

    • <\/b>Veilige afmetingen:<\/b><\/strong>Voor vlakke werkstukken is het aan te raden om alle zijden onder de 300 mm te houden met een wanddikte van \u22653 mm om kromtrekken aanzienlijk te verminderen. Een perfecte vlakheid van grote onderdelen kan echter niet worden gegarandeerd.<\/li>
    • <\/b>Overleg vereist:<\/b><\/strong>Als een zijde van uw onderdeel groter is dan 350 mm met een wanddikte van 3 mm, bespreek het ontwerp dan eerst met onze technici.<\/li>
    • <\/b>Cruciaal is dat je voor alle vlakke of dunwandige onderdelen de minimale acceptatiecriteria definieert (bijv. \u201ctolerantie op vlakheid moet binnen X mm liggen\u201d) om geschillen over kwaliteit te voorkomen.<\/b><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
