\u26a0\ufe0f\u00a0Risiko-Warnung: Verformung und d\u00fcnne W\u00e4nde<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

  • <\/b>Hohes Verformungsrisiko:<\/b><\/strong>Flache Teile mit einer Seitenl\u00e4nge von mehr als 180 mm UND einer Wandst\u00e4rke von weniger als 3 mm sind sehr anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Verformungen.<\/li>
  • <\/b>Hohes Bruchrisiko:<\/b><\/strong>Jede Struktur mit einer Wandst\u00e4rke von weniger als 0,7 mm ist zerbrechlich und kann bei der Herstellung oder Handhabung brechen.<\/li><\/ul>

    • <\/b>Sichere Abmessungen:<\/b><\/strong>Bei flachen Teilen wird der Verzug deutlich reduziert, wenn alle Seiten unter 300 mm bleiben und die Wandst\u00e4rke \u22653 mm betr\u00e4gt. Eine perfekte Ebenheit bei gro\u00dfen Teilen kann jedoch nicht garantiert werden.<\/li>
    • <\/b>Konsultation erforderlich:<\/b><\/strong>Wenn eine Seite Ihres Teils 350 mm mit einer Wandst\u00e4rke von 3 mm \u00fcberschreitet, besprechen Sie die Konstruktion bitte zuerst mit unseren Ingenieuren.<\/li>
